We explored the original Mulberry Manor back in 2022, so we were thrilled to be able to have a peek through the doors of the next big project by Kate, which is tucked into the rolling landscape of the Sunshine Coast. Where Mulberry Manor was a coastal dream filled with gorgeous soft whites, light-filled spaces, and calming green cabinetry, Mulberry Manor 2.0 embraces a richer, moodier palette. So, how is it different, and what characteristics does this home hold? Let’s explore what this stunning Australian Queenslander looks like and how it gives comfort in every corner.

With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and three living spaces, Mulberry Manor 2.0 holds a modern, moody Queenslander style across a generous 450 sqm. It’s a house that hugs back, grounding you in calm while still delivering considered moments of design. Let’s take a step into a warm embrace…

Before we delve into the colour palette and textures of the interior, let’s take a moment to appreciate the incredible design before you even step foot inside. Outside, the pool area offers a sun-soaked retreat, framed by lush greenery and natural stone. It's a space that invites stillness, slow afternoons, and barefoot moments with family.

These rich walnut timbers bring warmth and gravitas to every space, most notably in the custom Polytec Florentine Walnut cabinetry. These darker tones are gently lifted by creamy whites, soft greys, and bronzed hardware, striking a perfect balance between depth and lightness.

With the rich walnut timbers, creamy tones, and crisp whites, a home has never been so inviting. With oversized linen cushions and woven textures, every detail has been curated to create a home that feels both elevated and entirely lived in.

The kitchen is a standout, being grounded and having moments of glamour. Taj Mahal quartzite adorns the benchtops, splashback, bar, and powder room, its organic veining adding natural elegance to the space. Paired with brass tapware and a curved island bench, the effect is quietly showstopping.

Bronze floor-mounted tap partnered with a free-standing bath? Oh my! With stunning details that bathe in natural light, the bathroom brings Caesarstone Organic White that keeps things fresh and refined, with chocolate tones and wall panelling that adds depth and softness for an all round elevated design.

The bedroom is subtle and elegant in the quietest corner, with accents of warmth and a space that invites stillness. If there was ever a room you’d imagine all your worries to melt away, it’s this one.

It’s no doubt that Mulberry 2.0 is one of calm, warmth, and understated luxury. But, it’s not just luxury, it’s totally liveable, too.
